TERMS OF SALE

PREAMBLE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern purchases made on the website sebline.fr, operated by SÉBLINE PARIS SAS, registered under SIRET number 837 628 080 00025, with its registered office at 90 bis, Rue de Varenne, 75007 Paris, France.

All items offered on the website are handcrafted shirts created by SÉBLINE PARIS.

By placing an order on sebline.fr, you fully and unreservedly accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

 

1. PRODUCTS

The products offered for sale are handcrafted shirts, with their main characteristics (materials, sizes, colours, dimensions, etc.) described on the website.

Photographs are as accurate as possible but may not perfectly reflect the actual product, particularly regarding colours.

SÉBLINE PARIS reserves the right to modify its product offer at any time.

Products must be returned in unworn, unwashed condition, with all original tags attached and folded carefully.

 

2. PRICES

Prices are indicated in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes.

Prices include the VAT applicable on the date of the order. The default VAT rate applied is the French VAT rate, automatically updated when the delivery country is selected in the basket.

For deliveries outside the European Union, invoices are issued excluding VAT in accordance with applicable regulations. The displayed prices remain unchanged. Customs duties and import taxes may apply upon importation and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery costs are added to the final price and displayed before confirming the order.

SÉBLINE PARIS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; however, products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed.

Pricing errors disclaimer: In the rare event of an error in pricing, SÉBLINE PARIS reserves the right to correct the price or cancel the order before shipment.

 

3. ORDER

The order process on sebline.fr is as follows:

- Select the product(s) and add them to the basket.

- Validate the basket and verify the information (price, delivery costs, etc.).

- Enter contact and delivery details.

- Choose the payment method.

- Confirm the order.

Once the order is validated, a confirmation email summarising the order details will be sent.

Contract formation: The sales contract becomes legally binding once the confirmation email is sent.

 

4. PAYMENT

Orders are paid by credit card via a secure payment platform.

Accepted cards include Visa, CB, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. No order will be shipped until full payment has been received.

SÉBLINE PARIS does not store banking information.

If payment is refused by the bank, the order will be cancelled.

 

5. DELIVERY

All orders are delivered by UPS and require a signature at the delivery address provided.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Metropolitan France: 2–4 working days
  • Europe: 3–5 working days
  • International: 6–10 working days

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days, except during peak periods.

SÉBLINE PARIS cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Any damage or missing item must be reported within 72 hours of receipt to estore@sebline.fr, with supporting photos.

 

6. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

sebline.fr does not guarantee the availability of all items at the time of your order. If an item is out of stock, SÉBLINE PARIS (SAS), the company operating sebline.fr, will notify you promptly by email.

 

7. UNCLAIMED PARCEL

If a parcel is returned due to non-collection or an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipment costs will be charged to the customer.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Notification must be sent by email to estore@sebline.fr.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging to:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving products in perfect condition.

Exceptions

Personalised or made-to-measure shirts cannot be returned (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

Non-conformity or defect: In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, return shipping costs will be fully covered by SÉBLINE PARIS.

9. GUARANTEES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Products sold on sebline.fr benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the French Consumer Code and Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity or hidden defects, the customer may request repair, replacement, or refund.

In cases of damage at reception, non-conformity, or hidden defects, SÉBLINE PARIS covers return shipping costs.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SÉBLINE PARIS shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, business interruption, or loss of data, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. This includes operational risks such as stock unavailability, delivery delays, or customs issues.

This limitation does not affect mandatory legal guarantees provided to consumers under French law.

 

11. FORCE MAJEURE

Any circumstances beyond the control of the Parties that prevent performance of obligations under normal conditions shall constitute force majeure and result in suspension of obligations. The party invoking force majeure must immediately notify the other party of its occurrence and cessation.

Force majeure includes any event that is external, unforeseeable, unavoidable, and beyond the parties' control despite reasonable efforts. This includes, without limitation: transport or supply blockages, earthquakes, fires, storms, floods, lightning, telecommunication network outages, and other events recognised by French case law.

12. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Data controller: SÉBLINE PARIS SAS

Personal data collected during the order process is necessary for managing orders and deliveries. This information is confidential and is not shared with third parties except for shipping purposes (carriers).

In accordance with GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, customers have the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data by contacting estore@sebline.fr.

Data retention: Customer data is kept for the duration necessary to fulfill orders and legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the sebline.fr website, including texts, images, graphics, photographs, videos, and other materials, is the exclusive property of SÉBLINE PARIS, which holds all related intellectual property rights.

The SÉBLINE brand and all associated trademarks are also the property of SÉBLINE PARIS SAS.

These materials may not be reproduced, exploited, or used in any manner without the express written authorisation of SÉBLINE PARIS.

Buyers and third parties acknowledge SÉBLINE PARIS's ownership of all intellectual property rights and agree not to infringe or misuse any content in any way.

Specifically, buyers agree not to manufacture, sell, license, or market, directly or indirectly, any products, imitations, or reproductions of SÉBLINE products, or use any intellectual property rights associated with the products or the SÉBLINE brand, for their own benefit or for the benefit of a third party.

14. COOKIES AND TRACKING

sebline.fr may use cookies or other tracking technologies to improve the user experience and analyse website traffic.

By using the website, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with the Cookies Policy, which is available on the website.

15. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an attempt at amicable resolution will be made before any legal action.

If no amicable solution is reached, the customer may use the CM2C mediation service free of charge in accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code:
