SHIPPING

1 - Worldwide delivery

Orders from sebline.fr are delivered worldwide, with a few exceptions. Available delivery countries are listed in the drop-down menu at the top of the page. For further assistance, please contact our Customer Service Team at estore@sebline.fr

 

2 - Delivery & signature

All orders are delivered by UPS and require a signature at the delivery address provided.

 

3 - Estimated delivery times

Metropolitan France: 2–4 working days
Europe: 3–5 working days
International: 6–10 working days

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days, except during peak periods.

SÉBLINE PARIS cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

 

4 - Damaged or missing items

Any damage or missing item must be reported within 72 hours of receipt to estore@sebline.fr, with supporting photos.

 

5 - Tracking your order

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and delivery details.

 

6 - Delivery charges

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout.

Standard delivery with signature is complimentary for orders over €500.

7 - Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes set by the destination country. Should you refuse delivery, any shipping costs, duties, taxes, and return postage will be deducted from your refund.

RETURNS

1 - Return period

You have up to 14 days from the date of delivery of your order to request a return.

 

2 - Conditions for return

Only items purchased on Sebline.fr can be returned.

Items showing defects, alterations, or stains, or that have been worn beyond simple fitting (including but not limited to perfume odour, traces of make-up, signs of wear, or fabric stretching) will not be accepted.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused, unworn, and unwashed
• In their intact and original packaging
• In the same condition as received

To initiate a return, please contact us at estore@sebline.fr with your order number.

Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

4 - Exceptions

Customised, altered or made-to-measure shirts cannot be returned, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

 

5 - Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email of its approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the item in perfect condition.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

If you have not received your refund after our confirmation, please:

• Check your bank account
• Contact your card provider, as delays may occur before a refund is posted
• Contact your bank

6 - Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for items that are defective or damaged.

To simplify exchanges and avoid errors or delays, please return the item you wish to exchange. We will refund you, after which you can place a new order.

7 - Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except in the event of a product defect) and are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued, initial delivery charges (if applicable) will not be refunded.

Taxes, customs duties paid outside the European Union cannot be refunded. All return-related costs, including but not limited to shipping costs, customs duties and any applicable taxes, shall be borne by the Client (except in the event of a product defect).

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as SÉBLINE PARIS cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
